Products, offered, sold or given, when
This law says that special financial protection products for cars can be sold or given to people in Missouri. If someone is charged for one of these products, that cost must be listed separately and does not count as interest. Also, a person cannot be forced to buy or finance one of these products just to get a car loan or lease — but sellers can offer them for free or at a discount when someone buys other things.
407.2025. Products, offered, sold or given, when — charges for, separately stated — . — 1. may be offered, sold, or given to s in this state in with sections 407.2020 to 407.2090.
