Contracts, signed by buyer

In plain English

When someone signs up for a health spa membership, the contract must be signed by the buyer, show the date it was signed, and the buyer gets a copy right away. The contract cannot last longer than 36 months, but it can offer a renewal option. If the contract breaks the rules set in the related law, the buyer can cancel it. A buyer cannot sign away their rights under those rules — any attempt to do so means nothing and does not count.
