Holder of contract or note subject to claims and defenses, notice
In plain English
Any health spa contract or loan note signed by a buyer must have a specific warning printed on the front in large, bold text. This warning tells anyone who buys or holds that contract that they are still responsible for any complaints or legal defenses the original buyer had against the health spa.

407.335. of contract or note subject to and defenses, notice. — All contracts and any by the buyer in connection therewith shall contain the following on the face thereof in at least 10-point, boldface type:
