Attorney general may obtain injunction, when

When someone is running or about to run a pyramid sales scheme, the state's top lawyer (the attorney general) can go to court to make them stop. The court can issue an order to halt the activity right away, and the attorney general does not have to pay a deposit or bond to get that order.
