Injunction
The attorney general or a local prosecutor can go to court to stop someone from breaking Missouri's motor vehicle sales laws. They can also ask the court to take away or pause a business license issued by the department of revenue. Any court decision about the license can be appealed. These court actions can be used along with any other penalties or remedies that already exist.
