407.679. Violations, penalty not a bar to . — 1. A violation of any or requirement of sections 407.670 to 407.678 shall be a violation of and any person violating such provisions shall be subject to all penalties, and procedures provided in sections 407.010 to 407.145. The shall have all powers, rights and duties regarding violations of sections 407.670 to 407.679 as are provided in sections 407.010 to 407.145.

2. The provisions of sections 407.670 to 407.679 are not and do not relieve the parties or the contracts subject from with all other applicable provisions of law nor shall such provisions bar any against any person who has acquired any moneys or property, real or personal, by means of any practice declared by any of sections 407.670 to 407.679.
