Definitions
This law gives meanings to four words used in rules about farm equipment businesses. 'Farm equipment' means things like tractors, combines, and other tools used for farming — but not regular cars or trucks. A 'farm equipment manufacturer' is a business that makes or sells farm equipment in bulk. A 'farm equipment dealer' is a business that sells farm equipment directly to customers. A 'dealership agreement' is a deal between a manufacturer and a dealer that spells out their rights and duties.
