Notice to dealer of cancellation, content

When a farm equipment company wants to end its agreement with a dealer, it must give the dealer at least 90 days written notice first. The notice has to explain the reasons, and the dealer gets 60 days to fix the problem. If the dealer fixes the problem in time, the notice is cancelled and the agreement stays. This process does not apply in certain serious situations listed in another law.
