Required sign stating violation of state law to sell tobacco, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products to minors under age 18
Stores and places that sell tobacco, nicotine products, or vaping products must put up a sign near every display and on every vending machine where those products are sold. The sign must have red letters on a white background saying it is against state law to sell or give those products to anyone under 18, or for someone under 18 to buy or have them. The sign also must show a picture of a cigarette pack with a red circle and line through it, plus the words 'Under 18.'

Required stating violation of state law to sell tobacco, , or to minors under age 18 — display of sign required on displays and s. — The owner of an at which tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, vapor products, or are sold or through vending machines shall cause to be prominently displayed in a at every display from which tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products are sold and on every vending machine where tobacco products are purchased a sign that shall:
(1) Contain in red lettering at least one-half inch high on a white background the following: "It is a violation of state law for cigarettes, other tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products to be sold or otherwise provided to any person under the age of eighteen or for such person to purchase, attempt to purchase or possess cigarettes, other tobacco products, alternative nicotine products or vapor products."; and
(2) Include a depiction of a pack of cigarettes at least two inches high defaced by a red diagonal diameter of a surrounding red circle, and the words "Under 18".
