Rent due on lease for life, how recovered

If someone is owed rent on a lease that lasts for a person's lifetime, they can go to court to collect that rent the same way they would for a regular time-based lease.

441.190. Rent due on , how recovered. — Any person having any rent due upon any lease for life may have the same , by for the recovery thereof, as if such were for years.
