If tenant sublet, landlord may join sublessees in same actions
If a renter lets someone else use all or part of the place they are renting, the original landlord can sue both the original renter and those sub-renters together in one court case.
441.230. If , landlord may join subs in same s. — In case any tenant shall sublet any or any part thereof or let to him, the landlord shall have the right, in any action provided for by this chapter and chapter 535, to join as defendants his lessee and all sublessees in the same action.
