What property exempt from attachment for rent
In plain English
If someone owes rent, their protected property cannot be taken to pay that rent debt — the same protections that apply in court judgments apply here too. The one exception is crops grown on the rented land itself, which can be taken for unpaid rent on that land.

441.270. What property from . — Property shall be also exempt from attachment for rent, except the crop grown on the on which the rent claimed is due.
