This section gives the definitions for words used in Missouri laws about housing code enforcement. It explains what words like 'owner,' 'occupant,' 'nuisance,' and others mean when used in these laws. These definitions help make clear who is responsible and what things count as violations.
441.500. Definitions. — As used in sections 441.500 to 441.643, the following terms mean:
