Consent procedure for terminating temporary grant of custodial responsibility established by court order
After a deployed parent comes back, both parents can agree to end the temporary custody order that was set up while the parent was away. They file that agreement with the court, and the court will officially end the temporary order on whatever date they picked. If they did not pick a date, it ends right away.
