Termination by operation of law of temporary grant of custodial responsibility established by court order

In plain English

When a parent comes back from military deployment, any temporary court order giving someone else custody or visitation rights automatically ends 60 days after that returning parent tells the other parent and anyone else who had temporary custody that they are back. If someone wants to stop that automatic ending, they have to go to court under different Missouri laws, not the deployment-related rules.
