Domestic relations resolution fund established, use

In plain English

Missouri set up a special fund called the 'Domestic Relations Resolution Fund.' Money collected under a related law goes into this fund. The state uses that money to pay for a handbook for parents, classes for parents going through divorce or custody cases, and programs that help people settle family court disputes without a full trial. This fund has a special rule that lets unused money stay in the fund instead of being returned to the general state treasury at the end of the year.
