Termination of an order of suspension, when

If someone pays off what they owe in child support, or follows a court order or subpoena, the court or state agency must cancel the license suspension and mail copies to the licensing office and the person. Even after the suspension is lifted, the court or state agency can suspend that same person's license again if they fall behind on payments in the future.
