List of licensed attorneys to be provided to division, when
The state agency that handles child support can get a list of all lawyers in Missouri from the state's top court once a year. If any lawyer on that list owes back child support — either three or more months worth, or $2,500 or more — the agency tells the court's clerk about it.
454.1023. List of licensed attorneys to be provided to , when — reported to supreme court clerk. — The is hereby , a with the supreme court, to develop procedures which shall the clerk of the supreme court to furnish the division, at least once each year, with a list of persons currently licensed to practice law in this state. If any such person has an in an amount equal to or greater than three months of support payments or two thousand five hundred dollars, the division shall notify the clerk of the supreme court that such person has an arrearage.
