454.1025. Request for s for or of law , when. — By July 1, 1998, the supreme court is requested to have in effect a rule in accordance with 42 U.S.C. section 666(a)(16) which shall the suspension or other sanctioning of a law license for any person who owes an in an amount equal to or greater than three months of support payments or two thousand five hundred dollars, whichever first occurs.
