Receipt and disbursement of payments

In plain English

A government agency that handles child support in Missouri must quickly send out any support payments it receives, following what the court order says. If the parent who pays, the parent who receives, and the child all live somewhere other than Missouri, Missouri can redirect the payments to wherever the receiving parent is getting help, and notify the paying parent's employer. Any agency keeping records of these payments must provide official written proof of payment history when asked.
