Administrative enforcement of orders
If someone needs to collect child support money from another state's court order, they can send that order to Missouri's support agency. Missouri can try to collect the money using its own office procedures without going to court first. If the person who owes money does not fight it, no court registration is needed. If that person does fight it, the order has to go through a formal registration process.
