Notice of registration of order
When a support order from another state or country gets registered in Missouri, the court here has to send a notice to the other party involved. That notice includes a copy of the order and tells them they have 20 days to fight it — if they don't, the order becomes final and any money owed gets locked in. If there are two or more orders, the notice also explains which one is considered the main order and gives the other party a chance to challenge that. If the order involves taking money from someone's paycheck, the employer also gets notified.
