Recognition of order modified in another state
If Missouri made a child support order, but another state later changed that order, Missouri courts can still collect any unpaid money from before the change was made. Missouri courts can also handle any rule-breaking that happened before the change. Missouri must accept and enforce the other state's new order once it is registered.
