Grounds for rendition

In plain English

This law is about what happens when someone owes child or family support and is charged with a crime for not paying it. Missouri's governor can ask another state to send that person back to Missouri to face charges. The governor can also send someone from Missouri to another state that is asking for them. This can happen even if the person was never in the state where the crime was charged.
