Forms for income withholding, liens and subpoenas

In plain English

When the federal government requires it, the Missouri child support division uses specific federal forms for collecting child support money, placing liens on property, and demanding records in cases that cross state lines. If those forms come from another state's child support office, Missouri courts and agencies treat them the same as if Missouri made them itself.
