State case registry established, records kept

In plain English

Missouri keeps a list called the State Case Registry. It stores information about child support cases and support orders made or changed since October 1, 1998. The records include names, Social Security numbers, birthdates, and other details about both parents. Courts send this information to the state, and the state shares it with a national database and other government agencies.
