Notice to obligor, when

In plain English

When someone owes child support, the government office or court clerk sends them a letter by regular mail telling them to send their payments to a central payment center. Their employer or anyone else sending money for support also gets this notice. If someone gets that notice but still does not send payments to the payment center, they get a second notice sent by certified mail. If they still do not pay the payment center after that second notice, they can be taken to court for contempt.
