Obligations not recorded in automated system, when
This law is about when child support payments stop being tracked in the state's computer system. There are three situations where this happens: when the state decides current payments are no longer needed, when a court cancels a support order, or when a parent's child support duty ends under a separate law. Even if payments stop being tracked, any money already owed from the past still has to be paid.
