Report to the general assembly, when
Starting in the year 2000, a state agency called the family support division has to send a report to the Missouri general assembly every year by December 1st. The report has to talk about how well the family support payment center is working and suggest ways to make it better.
454.565. Report to the , when. — Beginning in 2000, the shall report to the general assembly regarding the family support by December 1, 2000, and by each December first thereafter. Such report shall include recommendations and an analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
