Court-appointed batterer intervention, credentialing process, rulemaking authority
The Missouri Division of Probation and Parole is in charge of making rules for programs that courts order abusers to attend. These rules set the standards and an approval process for those programs. The rules have to follow state law, and if certain parts of that law are ever found unconstitutional, any new rules made under this section become invalid.
