If someone sold property to a person who later died, and that property is now part of the deceased person's estate, a court can decide to give the property back to the original seller. The court only does this if it thinks giving the property back is a good deal for the estate. Both sides have to agree on the terms.
473.323. Interest to , when. — If the referred to in section 473.317 has been purchased from any person, or if an for its purchase has been obtained from any person, the court, if considered advantageous to the , may the same relinquished to such person on the best terms that can be agreed upon.
