Proceeds of sale of exempt property paid over, when

If a deceased person's surviving spouse or unmarried minor children don't get certain property they are allowed by law, and that property gets sold by the person handling the estate, the court must order that the money from that sale be given to the surviving spouse or unmarried minor children before any of it goes toward debts or is split up among others.
