Contest of foreign will

If a will from another place is accepted and recorded in Missouri, someone can challenge or cancel it the same way and within the same time limits as a will made and approved in Missouri.

474.390. of . — Any will or under section 474.380 thereafter may be contested and , within the same time, and in the same manner, as wills and proved in this state.
