Construction of will

In plain English

When a will is being handled by the court after someone dies, that court has the power to explain what the will means. A judge can figure out what the will says if the person in charge of the estate asks, or if someone else who has a stake in the will asks. When someone asks the court to explain the will, the court has to let all people who care about the outcome know about the hearing.
