Electronic will valid as a will for all purposes

An electronic will (a will made and stored digitally) is treated exactly the same as a regular paper will under Missouri law. All the same rules that apply to regular wills also apply to electronic wills, with a few small changes spelled out in related laws.

474.544. valid as a will for all purposes. — An electronic will shall be a will for all purposes of the laws of this state. The of law applicable to wills and shall apply to an electronic will, except as by sections 474.540 to 474.564.
