When guardian appointed

If the U.S. government or the Veterans Administration requires someone to have a guardian before they can receive benefits, that guardian can be appointed following the steps laid out in this law.

475.390. When appointed. — Whenever, any law of the United States or of the , it is necessary, prior to payment of benefits, that a guardian be appointed, the appointment may be made in the manner herein provided.
