Removal for failure to file accounts

If a guardian does not turn in required financial paperwork to the court on time, or does not give a copy of that paperwork to the Veterans Administration when required, the court can decide to remove that person from their role as guardian.

Word-for-word law

475.430. Removal for failure to file accounts. — If any shall fail to file with the court any account as required by sections 475.380 to 475.480, or by an of the court, when any account is due or within thirty days after issues as provided by law, or shall fail to furnish the a true copy of any account, or as required by sections 475.380 to 475.480, such failure may in the of the court be ground for his removal.
