Unless it conflicts with a specific set of rules about certain beneficiaries, all the regular Missouri laws about guardians and wards — including the right to a jury trial and the right to appeal — also apply to those beneficiaries and their property.
475.475. Other laws as applicable. — Except where inconsistent with sections 475.380 to 475.480, the laws of this state relating to and the judicial practice relating , including the right to trial by jury and the right of , shall be applicable to such and their estates.
