If someone needs to show a court in Missouri what the laws of another state or U.S. territory say, they can use a printed copy of that state's law book. The copy is accepted as solid proof of what the law says, as long as either that state's secretary of state or Missouri's secretary of state signs and stamps it, saying it is correct and includes the full title page of the book.
