Certified records of courts to be evidence

Random law
In plain English

Court records from Missouri or other states can be used as proof in Missouri courts. To be accepted, the records usually need to be officially stamped and signed by the court clerk and a judge. Missouri court records stored in a statewide computer system can also be used as proof, as long as the other side in the case is told where the records came from.
