Copies of bonds of administrators and others

Random law
In plain English

When certain officials — like people who manage a deceased person's estate, guardians, or court-appointed helpers — have to file a bond (a kind of promise backed by money), a certified copy of that bond can be used in court just like the original paper. The copy has to be officially stamped and signed by the officer who keeps the original.
