Construction and application of sections 537.180 to 537.210
The rules in sections 537.180 to 537.210 do not apply to concentrating mills, flumes, or tramways that are built and used completely above ground.
537.220. and of sections 537.180 to 537.210. — Nothing in sections 537.180 to 537.210 shall be so as applying to or including the operation, construction or repairing of , or wholly above ground.
