Institutional vandalism, civil actions for damages or injunction
If someone gets hurt or has their property damaged because of institutional vandalism, they can sue the person who did it in civil court. This is allowed even if that person was never charged with a crime or was found not guilty. If the injured person wins the lawsuit, they can get money for their losses and have their lawyer fees paid for.
537.523. Institutional vandalism, for or — and . — 1.
