Farm tourism businesses that are officially registered must put up a sign with a specific warning message. The sign has to be easy to see, and the letters must be at least one inch tall in black ink. Any written contract for farm activities must also include that same warning in readable print. If someone asks, the farm business must hand over a written description of the activity being offered.
537.856. age required — contract warning notice and language, contents — written description of activity required, when. — 1. At every , the shall post and maintain signage which contains the warning notice specified in 3 of this section. The requirements of this section shall be satisfied if such signage is placed in a clearly visible location at or near the registered agritourism location. The warning notice shall appear on the sign in black , with each letter to be at least one inch in height.
2. Every written contract entered into by a registered agritourism operator for the providing of a registered shall contain in clearly readable print the warning notice and language specified in subsection 3 of this section.

Upon request, the registered agritourism operator shall provide to any a written description of the registered agritourism activity, as set forth in the under (6) of subsection 2 of section 537.850 for which sections 537.850 to 537.859 limit the registered agritourism operator's at the registered agritourism location.
