People in Missouri state prison can get days taken off their sentence for good behavior. The prison superintendent recommends the credit, and it goes toward the sentence the person is currently serving. Credit can be taken away if the person breaks prison rules or state laws. People serving certain sex offense sentences do not qualify for this.
558.041. "Good time" , — s, procedure. — 1.
