Tampering with computer users

This law is about getting into someone else's computer or blocking someone from using a computer system without permission. If a person breaks in or locks out an authorized user, that is a crime. 569.099. with computer users — penalties. — 1. A person commits the of tampering with computer users if he or she and without or without to believe that he or she has such authorization:

(1) Accesses or causes to be accessed any computer, computer system, or ; or

(2) Denies or causes the of computer system services to an of such computer system services, which, in whole or in part, is owned by, under contract to, or operated for, or on behalf of, or in conjunction with another.
