Seizure and forfeiture of counterfeit property
If someone has fake goods with a fake brand on them, police can take those goods and any tools or vehicles used to make or sell them. Those items can then be permanently taken away by law. The real brand owner can ask to get the fake items to destroy them. If the brand owner does not ask for them, the fake items get destroyed anyway unless the brand owner agrees to handle them a different way.
