Transportation of an illegal alien
This law says it is a crime in Missouri to knowingly move or transport someone who is in the United States illegally if the purpose is trafficking, drug trafficking, prostitution, or employment. This crime is a class D felony. The law also makes clear that victims of trafficking still keep all their rights under a federal law that protects trafficking victims.

Section 1101, et seq., for the purposes of in violation of sections 566.200 to 566.215, in violation of sections 579.065 and 579.068, prostitution in violation of chapter 567, or .
