Unlawful removal of an electronic dog collar or radio transmitting device
It is against the law to take a GPS or radio tracking collar off someone else's dog on purpose to stop the owner from finding the dog. This is a class A misdemeanor. If someone is found guilty, the court orders them to pay the owner the value of any dog that gets lost or dies because of it. The court can also order them to pay for any breeding money the owner lost.
