In plain English

This part of Missouri law is called the 'Large Carnivore Act.' It gives the meanings of words used in this set of laws. A 'large carnivore' means certain big wild cats (like tigers, lions, and leopards) or non-native bears that are kept in captivity in Missouri. A 'facility' is any cage or enclosure where one of these animals is kept.
